Driving Industry Synergy in Xinchang|2025 Industrial Vehicle Summit Recap
2025/10/17

As a long-standing leader in the industrial vehicle sector, Tailift was honored to participate in the 8th Council’s 5th General Assembly and 2025 Annual Meeting of the Industrial Vehicle Branch of the China Construction Machinery Association.
Gathering in Xinchang, Zhejiang, provided valuable insights into the industry's development trajectory and further strengthened our strategic direction—making it a truly rewarding and inspiring experience.

Tailift CEO Amy Lin shared that 2025 marks the 10th anniversary of Tailift joining the Toyota Group. She announced that Tailift will launch a more competitive product strategy and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
The company is shifting from a price-oriented approach to a value-driven model, placing greater emphasis on the development of after-sales service, equipment rental, and value-added products—forming a diversified profit structure.

At the same time, Tailift will continue to advance smart, green, and electric product innovations, striving to provide customers with a comprehensive pre-sale and after-sales support system—working hand in hand to promote high-quality growth across the industry.

At the start of the meeting, Mr. Huang Yuefeng, the newly appointed Chairman of the Industrial Vehicle Branch, outlined the core direction for the branch’s future work.

He emphasized four key focus areas:

  1. Supporting the industry's main battlefield of development by offering insights and suggestions for high-quality growth.

  2. Empowering member enterprises to ensure that the fruits of progress benefit all stakeholders in the industry.

  3. Innovating communication mechanisms to build stronger collaborative networks.

  4. Deepening win-win cooperation to enhance unified strength across the sector.

This strategic framework was widely recognized and supported by attending representatives, laying a solid foundation for the branch's upcoming initiatives.

At the meeting, Secretary General Zhang Jie of the Industrial Vehicle Branch shared key industry data and development trends.

According to the data, by 2024, China’s industrial vehicle market had reached 1.5 million units in total sales, with electric vehicles accounting for approximately 35% of that figure. The market has continued to show strong growth momentum from January to April 2025.

Looking at long-term trends, the industry is now at a pivotal point of transformation and upgrading. By 2030, new energy industrial vehicles are expected to comprise over 60% of the total market share, with the overall industry output value projected to exceed 1.5 trillion RMB.

Products like electric forklifts and AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) will lead this growth surge.

These developments closely align with the insights from the “Heli Changing the Way of Material Handling” Roadshow. Leading companies like Anhui Heli are driving the shift toward high-end, intelligent, and green industrial vehicle products through continuous innovation.

The convening of the 8th Council’s 5th Annual Meeting comes at a pivotal moment, as China’s industrial vehicle industry shifts from rapid scale expansion to high-quality development.

The meeting set forth clear missions—establishing standards, promoting safety, and fostering international exchange—that align closely with the industry’s overarching goals of electrification, intelligence, and sustainability.

As Chairman Huang Yuefeng emphasized, only through continuous innovation and deeper collaboration can we unite industry forces to enhance China’s global competitiveness in the industrial vehicle sector and provide solid support for the high-quality advancement of the broader manufacturing industry.
